I have to appologize to my coauthors of this book! I really dropped the ball on this project. As you all know the release of this book is almost two years past due. I’m sure that many of you have thought that I gave up on this book entirely, since you have not heard anything from me for so long. I missed the mark and I want to publicly express my sincere apology to all of you. I am very sorry that I have let you all down for so long. Unfortunately, I have lost the master email list for the book authors. The good news is that even though I have appeared to disappeared of the face of the earth, I have spent the last year working hard behind the scenes.
