Do Some Reflective Thinking Everyday
Many people go through life and improve very little about themselves over the years. They expect that just living and gaining experience will teach them all they need to know. The truth is that we may learn some from living this way; However, if these same people would take just a few minutes at the end of each day to reflect back on what they have experienced, then they would increase their knowledge and rate of improvement exponientially!
At the end of each day ask yourself these simple questions:
1- What have I experienced today?
2- What have I learned?
3- How could I have done things better?
4- How can I use this information to improve?
This practice is simple and easy to employ. It is also very effective! If you want to get the most out of your life then this quick exercise is a must for you.
