Personal Development Partners

Aaron Potts from Today is That Day, has his new Personal Development Partners website up and running!  If your into personal development you have got to check this out.  It is definately worth it.

As if that wasn’t cool enough.  Aaron is hosting a contest to get things kick started.

He says:

“Now that the Personal Development Partners website is up and the membership base is starting to grow, it’s time to rapidly grow the community for the benefit of all present and future members!

Online communities are hard to start because if people go there and not much is happening, they won’t join. However, if people don’t join, then there will never BE anything happening!

In order to get past that critical spot during the growth of the PDP site, I am going to do it the old-fashioned way - bribe people! :)”

There are some awesome prizes involved such as “a brand new 4GB iPod Nana w/Video, preloaded with every minute of audio from Mike Dooley’s incredible Infinite Possibilities program!”

That’s enough from me for more details click here!  Just remember there is a contest going on so, please if you join use one of the links on my site, or let Aaron know I sent you! :)

    Priscilla,

Thank you so much for helping people to find out about the new PDP site! This is an awesome post for generating excitement, and I’ve already seen at least 3 or 4 emails fly by about new members that came from this post.

I’m headed over there now to check things out and to update everyone’s contest entries. Thanks again for your help, Priscilla and I’ve got your linking and screenshot contest entries down.

I have to go add things up, but I think including your referrals that you are in the lead right now. Considering all that you’ve done for the PD community lately, I would like nothing more than to give you one of the prizes! :)

  2. priscilla:

Thanks Aaron! I really believe PDP is a great social network. I’m thrilled just to be part of it. The contest is just an added bonus for me. :)

Who even knew you guys existed, you personal developers? And here you are, literally creating communities.

As an ecosystem doc I am in awe at this achievement. May you go from strength to strength. Thanks.

  4. priscilla:

Thank you Therapydoc! Your comment both made me laugh, and made me feel good at the same time. :)

Learn something new everyday! Having struggled with some of the personal development forums I have come across, this looks a great new development. I will go and register now.

  8. priscilla:

  9. Eugene Goh:

    Hi Priscilla,

I came across this website as I was searching for some personal development blogs and would like to let you know that I like what I have read from your blogs. I am very much into personal development and I see how much I have benefitted from it since 5 years ago. However, I have never been able to convince my wife to join me in this personal development route and would like to ask you for some advice what you would suggest for her to get started?

  10. priscilla:

Eugene- All we can really do is lead by example. Sometimes our excitement and achievements are enough to convince others of the value of personal development.

On the other hand personal development is just that “personal” so, sometimes we just have to let others do their own thing. I’d love nothing more than to get the whole world on a path of personal development but, I have to accept that some interested and others are not.
