Your post is so motivating - it's easy to say what makes a poor leader, but not as easy to define good leadership.

		<description>As you listed above there is a huge difference between good leadership and bad leadership. Goood leadership rarely gets recognized but bad leadership is made a public spectacle. Good leadership is putting the good of others before yourself, if not putting the leader's betterment last; good leadership is the antithesis of selfishness. Poor leadership is taking advantage of the position that they fill, good leadership is fulfilling the need of direction and authority. This is how I differentiate the two.
