Why am I so passionate about personal development
What makes me so passionate about personal development? I believe that we all come from the same source. I have heard people refer to this source as God, the universe, a higher power, ect. For this article I’m just going to refer to it using the words source and entity.
Everything comes from this one spiritual entity. Whether it be man, dog, rat, plant, or rock. This entity is in constant pursuit of personal development, always trying to make itself better. This is the reason for life on earth.
I believe that we all choose to come to earth to accomplish a predetermined mission, with the knowledge that we will one day return to our source. We choose this mission. We choose who our parents will be, when we will be born, what we will learn, and when we will die.
Knowing that we all came from the same entity and that we will all one day return to it. You can see that we are all really the same being, temporarily separated to accomplish a purpose. Jesus teaches “Love your neighbor as yourself.” for this reason.
I have heard some people question “If this is true then why is there abortion, and why are innocent babies abused?” My answer to this is their mission may have been to teach someone something. Maybe for example, the mother of the unborn child spends the next 10 years grieving over what she did. She has learned that all life is valuable. And, to that unborn child it means a noble mission has been accomplished.
Improving and developing our self (the only thing in which we have direct control) and helping others to grow contributes to making us “as an entity” better. This is my passion, and I believe my mission in this life.

Great view on life, it makes a lot of sense why certain things happen.
